By using Ari, you agree to these terms. They're plain-English on purpose — read them.
Ari is a spending-coach app. It logs your expenses, suggests budgets, and surfaces patterns from your spending. It is not: investment advice, insurance advice, loan advice, tax advice, or financial planning. Decisions about your money are yours.
Ari v1 is offered free of charge. Paid plans, if introduced later, will be presented to you in-app with the price, billing cycle, and refund terms before any charge — and you may continue using the app for free.
The weekly briefs, anomaly alerts, and chat responses are generated by a large language model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or stale. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any financial decision.
If you link a bank via the RBI Account Aggregator framework, you control consent — duration, data type, frequency. You can revoke at any time from your AA app. Consent revocation does not delete data already imported into Ari; for that, use Settings → Delete Account.
We aim for 99% uptime. We don't guarantee it. Planned maintenance will be announced; unplanned outages will get a status update via push notification when possible.
The Ari app, brand, and content are owned by Pinegrass Technologies Private Limited. Your data is yours.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms (e.g. abuse, fraud), with notice where reasonable.
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in-app. Continued use after a change means you agree to the new version.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
