Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Ari account and associated app data from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete in the app

Open Ari → Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your password. After confirmation, your account, transactions, budgets, savings goals, tax profile, notes, groups, and other primary app records are removed through account deletion. Provider records and backups are handled separately. If password reauthentication is unavailable for your sign-in method, use the support request below.

Request deletion by email

Email starhunter7@gmail.com from the email address used for your Ari account with the subject Ari account deletion request. We may ask for a brief verification step before deleting the account.

Deletion timeline

Successful in-app deletion removes primary account data after reauthentication and refresh-session revocation. Email requests require ownership verification.
Backup and provider-record retention is managed separately; contact support for applicable details.
Records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or payment-dispute reasons may be retained only for that limited purpose.

What is deleted

Account profile and authentication record.
Transactions, budgets, categories, savings goals, tax profile, notes, and coaching cache.
Push token and app preferences stored on our servers.
